The agreement

These terms govern use of Outpost Returns, provided by [LEGAL ENTITY]. By using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.

The service

Outpost provides software for processing, documenting and billing returns. You are responsible for the accuracy of what your team records, for your own agreements with your clients, and for the decisions you make using the software.

Your data

You own your data. We store and process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time, and we delete it on request after termination.

Fees

Fees are as agreed in your plan: a monthly base plus usage. Usage is measured monthly and invoiced in arrears. Fees may change on [NOTICE PERIOD] notice.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and take backups, but it is provided without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the [PERIOD] preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Termination

Either party may terminate on [NOTICE PERIOD] written notice. On termination you may export your data; we delete it on request thereafter.
